Magnescale DK10/25/50/100/155/205 gauges
The Magnescale DK gauges are developed using the MR (magnetoresistance) sensor principle and
have direct A/B phase output. The gauges either have a spring push and a built‑in reference point at
1 mm (DK10‑100) or no spring push, and with a built‑in reference point at 5 mm (DK155/205) from
the idle point of the spindle.
Measuring range: up to 205 mm. DK10‑100: carbide ball tip ø 2.5 mm.
Resolution: 0.5 µm. DK155/205: flat magnet ø 22 mm (10 N) with
Max. measuring speed: 250 m/min. in the center a ball ø 4 mm.
Clamping stem: ø 20 mm (DK155/205: ø 32 mm).
Output: A/B phase and reference point Z Reference point.
Operating temperature: 0 to 50°C.
(TTL line driver RS422). Protection: IP50 or IP64.
Cable length: 2.5 m Resistant to shocks and vibrations.
Power supply: 5± 5% Vdc, 1 W.
(with extension cable: max. 22 m).
