Magnescale DK805SB/812SB gauges

The Magnescale DK gauges are developed using the MR (magneto­resistance)
sensor principle and have direct A/B phase output. The MR technology enables
a 0.1 µm detection resolution. The gauges have a built‑in reference point at
1 mm from the idle point of the spindle. Various models are available, e.g.
with pneumatic push or vacuum retract.

 Measuring range: 5 or 12 mm.
 Resolution: 0.1 or 0.5 µm.
 Accuracy (p‑p) at 20°C: resolution 0.1 µm: 1 µm,
resolution 0.5 µm: 1.5 µm.
 Max. measuring speed: resolution 0.1 µm: 42 m/min,
resolution 0.5 µm: 100 m/min.
Types with a higher measuring speed are available on request.
 Output: A/B phase and reference point Z (TTL line driver RS422).
 Cable length: 2.5 m (with extension cable: max. 22 m).
 Dimensions: ø 8 x 79.6 mm (DK805SB) or ø 8 x 105 mm (DK812SB).
 Measuring force at 20°C:
DK805SB: upward: 0.35 ± 0.25 N, DK812SBLR

lateral: 0.4 ± 0.25 N, DK812SBR

downward: 0.45 ± 0.25 N,
DK812SB: upward: 0.4 ± 0.3 N,
lateral: 0.5 ± 0.3 N,
downward: 0.6 ± 0.3 N.
 Reference point.
 Clamping stem: ø 8 mm.
 Protection: IP67.
 Resistant to oil, dirt, shocks and vibrations. Ball spline structure.
 Delivery incl. air fittings. Zero rotational backlash.
