Mitutoyo digital gauges

  The LG100 is a gauge measuring system designed by Mitutoyo to be incorporated into assembly
lines and inspection equipment. With the EH-counter or the EJ-counter modules, measurements can
be read-out and saved. By combining multiple EJ-counters on a DIN-rail, they can be read-out at the
same time with a maximum of 16 gauges. With the EJ-counters it is not only possible to have a USB
output, but also an output to Profinet, Ethernet, or CC-link. Through these outputs, the gauges can be
connected to a PLC-system. To process, and apply SPC to this data, optional software is available.
Gauges with a measuring range up until 50 mm are available with which a resolution of 0.1 μm and a
high accuracy are possible.
