Marposs M1 Star internal bore gauges

The Marposs bore gauges are ideal for checking bores with high accuracy, even in the workshop.
With the self-centering measuring heads control of e.g. diameters and ovality are easy to perform with
high repeatability. The measuring heads are supplied based on the minimum value to be measured.
Via an optional digital dial indicator measuring values can be exported to a PC for data analysis in for
instance Microsoft Excel.

 Measuring range: 3 - 300 mm.  Excl. dial indicator or measuring probe.
 Read-out depends on the type of dial indicator  Special-purpose gauge heads and extensions

or measuring probe. available on request.
 Accuracy (L = measuring range):  Also available with stylus tip for RA ≥ 2 µm.
 Several accessories available.
0 - 26 mm: ± (3%L + 1 µm),
26 - 300 mm: ± (1%L + 1 µm).
 Repeatability: ≤ 0.001 mm.
 Clamping shaft: ø 8 mm.
 Tungsten carbide stylus tip.
 Available for blind bores and through bores.
