Mitutoyo setting instrument for internal measuring instruments
This instrument offers you the best way to accurately set
the zero position of your internal measuring instruments with
dial indicator. Gauge blocks are used to set the exact reference
value. The special mounting holes assure that the centering
device of the micrometer also functions when in use on this
instrument, making the checking just as easy as measuring.
The complete instrument (excl. gauge blocks) consists of:
– 1 stand with double guidance, for measuring ranges
up to 400 mm,
– 1 receiver for measuring ranges 18 - 35 and 35 - 60 mm,
– 1 receiver for measuring ranges 50 - 100 and 100 - 160 mm,
– 1 receiver for measuring ranges 100 - 250 and 250 - 400 mm,
– 2 flat measuring jaws.

Mitutoyo setting instruments for stick micrometers
This instrument has been especially developed for the calibration of stick micrometers. It consists
of a step gauge with ceramic gauge blocks, two clamping elements with V-shaped supports and two
10 mm ceramic gauge blocks.
The ceramic gauge blocks can be clamped to the step gauge at any desired distance of each other.
In that way the stick micrometer that has to be checked rests perfectly aligned on the V-shaped
supports and touches the gauge blocks with its measuring points. Only suited for mechanical stick
micrometers.
Adjustment range: 25 - 600 mm.
Increment: 25 mm.
Max. deviation: 25 - 300 mm: 0.003 mm,
300 - 600 mm: 0.005 mm.
Conforms to factory standard.
