Control unit
The LH-600 height gauges are equipped with a 2D control unit. This completely renewed
control unit can be fully controlled using the physical buttons, touch screen, or a combination of
both. Standard functions can be accessed with one button, making the height gauge accessible to
everyone. During measurements the display shows graphical instructions to guide you through the
measuring process. Measurements can be saved as a program. Data can be entered by using the
display, for example product or operator information, for traceability purposes. After completion of
the measurements graphs and tables can be shown including go/nogo classification based on entered
tolerance values. The adjustable mounting allows for optimal positioning of the control unit.
The control unit features the following interfaces: 1x USB-A/B output, 1x RS232 output, 1x
Digimatic-S1 port, and the standard Digimatic input. Optionally, a footswitch can also be connected.
Communication and data transfer to your PC can be done both wired, and wireless. This gives you
the option to save the measurement values directly into Excel. Programs and measurement results can
also be saved directly to a USB drive. The separately sold printer gives you the option to print out
your measurement results.
