Mitutoyo CNC height gauges Linear Height LH‑600F/FG

The integration of CNC technology in this height gauge enables fully automated measurements with a
fixed measuring speed and measuring force. This ensures the best possible accuracy and repeatability.

The air-bearing of the base (with built-in compressor) allows almost feather-light movement on a
surface plate. Equipped with the unique “semi-floating”, ideal for scanning purposes, for example to find a
maximum value.

These height gauges distinguish themselves from other height gauges by excellent performance and
logical and easy operation using the rotatable and tiltable control unit. The control unit consists of a
touchscreen and physical buttons for fast and intuitive operation. The Linear Height has 21 (measuring)
functions, motorized probe movement, storage space for 50 programs and 100000 measurements which
can can be statistically processed. The most occuring measurements can be done by the single press of a
button.

A special and fully automated measuring program for squareness checks is included. By connecting an
external Digimatic dial indicator, both squareness and position can be measured at the same time.
