Control unit
The Micro-Hite/Micro-Hite+M height gauges are equipped with a 2D control unit. This completely

renewed control unit can be fully controlled using the touch screen, the physical buttons or a combi-
nation of both. Standard functions can be accessed with 1 button, making the height gauge accessible
to everyone. During measurements the display shows graphical instructions to guide you through the
measuring process. Measurements can be saved as a program. Data can be entered on the display for
traceability purposes, for instance product or operator information. After completion of the measure-
ments graphs and tables can be shown including go/nogo classification based on entered tolerance
values. The adjustable mounting allows for optimal positioning of the control unit.

The control unit features the following interfaces: 3 x USB output, 1 x RS232 output, 1 x TLC
output and can be connected to a PC using the de TLC-USB cable or the TLC-BLE transmitter
(wireless). In combination with the free TESA DATA VIEWER PC software measurements can be
exported directly to Excel. Using the STAT-EXPRES SPC software measurements can be saved and
analysed. Measuring reports (PDF), programs and measuring results can be saved directly to a USB
stick. An optional printer allows for printing of the measuring results.
