PROFILE PROJECTORS Schut for Precision
Mitutoyo profile projectors PJ‑Plus series
Convenient and multifunctional profile projector for measurements on small and medium sized
objects. Standard equipped with LED surface and contour illumination and a 10x projection lens.
The rotatable screen with an effective diameter of 315 mm is provided with a digital protractor
to eliminate the need to perform complex calculations. Easy to read digital counters located near
the projection screen accurately display XY stage travel. Ergonomically placed hand wheels for
normal table adjustments and ‘free floating’ quick adjustment for axes from 100 mm. Many optional
accessories are available.
As an expansion for new and older projectors, a tablet PC with M2 software and optional edge
detection is available. Measuring programs and results are saved in its memory. Besides measuring
circle, point, line, ellipse, rectangle, distance, intersection and angle you have additional analysis
options like squareness and parallelism.
Measuring range: 100 x 100 or 200 x 100 mm.
