TESA Twin-Surf surface roughness tester

  The TESA Twin-Surf is a compact, portable roughness tester made to measure diverse and hard
to reach places. By means of the standard supplied 8 mm clamping shaft, it is possible to place the
TESA Twin-Surf in any compatible stand. The TESA Twin-Surf has a rechargeable battery that
enables 300 measurements without the need for mains voltage.

  With the OLED display and the 3 buttons on top, the roughness tester is easy to set up and the
needed parameters are easy to read.

  The roughness parameters are determined through a dragging motion of the probe, which is fitted
with a diamond stylus top with a radius of 2 μm. When the probe is rotated 90° horizontally, it is also
possible to measure in the same direction, but perpendicular to the roughness tester. Because of this, it
is possible to measure in hard to reach places like crankshafts or deeper parts of your workpiece.

  The TESA Twin-Surf can be connected to a PC by means of a USB cable. The Bluetooth version
offers wireless data transfer to PC or Android smartphone/tablet. With the standard supplied TESA
Data-Studio basic software and the Android App, basic measurements and graphics can be stored. A
more detailed analysis can be acquired through the TESA Data-Studio premium software.
