Mitutoyo data processing
Mitutoyo has several options for the collection of measuring data such as printing and statistical
analysis using the Digimatic SPC printer, direct data collection via a USB cable or interface modules
and wireless via the U-WAVE wireless communication system.
Mitutoyo Digimatic SPC printer
The thermal SPC printer DP‑1VA for fast and easy printing of the measuring values of calipers,
micrometers and other measuring instruments. Suitable for statistics, calculations and reports. For
measuring instruments with an RS232C output a special RS232C→Mitutoyo interface has been
developed.
Prints the measured values with statistical Power supply: AC adapter (6 Vdc) or
calculations of N, –NG, +NG, P, MAX, MIN, 4 batteries type AA.

Mitutoyo Digimatic USB interface
USB interface for sending measured values from a Digimatic measuring instrument into PC
applications. Send the measured values by using the data switch or the optional foot switch.
With the free to download USB ITPAK 3.0 (simplified version) it is possible to program Mitutoyo
measuring instruments with an S1 connector. Using the PC it is possible to set parameters such as
preset value, tolerances, and the calibration date.
