Thread measuring wires

For measuring external threads using the three-wire method. The flank diameter can be determined
according to the measured diameter, using tables.
 For micrometers with measuring faces ø 6.35,

ø 6.5 or ø 8 mm. (Also available for measuring
faces ø 6.8 and ø 7.5 mm.)
 Very high measuring accuracy: ± 0.001 mm.
 In pairs or in a set.
 The wire holders are held in position on the
anvil and spindle by a spring clamp.
 The wires are mounted on the holder in
such a way that they position themselves
on the thread.
